These 10" x 3.75" Weekly Ladder Permits are sold in bundles of 100 and are printed in black ink on both sides with the top of a 3/8” hole located 1/2” from the top of the tag. Each tag is weather resistant and cannot tear.   Plastic ties can be used to attach the tags to each ladder.  100 plastic ties are included with each order.

Consider how work may be accomplished at or from the ground-level to minimize elevated work. Ladders are to only be used where no safer means exists to access elevated areas.
